Lumeaa is an online retailer of hair styling tools operating in South Africa. All prices on this store are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. You can reach us at support@lumeaa.co.za.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale comes into effect once we confirm your order and payment has cleared. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

• Prices, discounts and compare-at prices may change at any time without notice.
• Launch and promotional pricing runs for a limited period and may be withdrawn or extended at our discretion.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, are for personal use only, and may be limited to one redemption per customer.
• Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch and either honour the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details. Your order is only dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your 30-day money-back guarantee and the 12-month manufacturing warranty are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

• The curler is a heated styling appliance. Read the supplied user manual before first use.
• Use only the plug type supplied for your region and check the voltage rating before connecting.
• Never use the curler near water, and never leave it unattended while switched on.
• Keep it out of reach of children and do not use it on synthetic hair or wigs.
• We are not liable for damage or injury caused by use that contradicts the user manual.

We work hard to describe the product accurately, including barrel size, materials, temperature range, power rating and box contents. Product photography and video are illustrative — styling results vary with hair length, texture, condition and technique. No specific styling outcome is guaranteed.

Customer reviews shown on this site reflect the individual experience of that customer and are not a promise of the results you will get. Demonstration videos show the product in use and may be produced by or for Lumeaa.

The Lumeaa name, logo, site design, copy, photography and video are our property or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute will be dealt with in the South African courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order.
