• Order details: your name, email address, cellphone number, delivery address and the items you buy.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Marketing details: your email address if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or offers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.

• To process, pack, deliver and invoice your order.
• To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and tracking updates.
• To handle returns, refunds, warranty claims and support requests.
• To send marketing emails about products and offers, where you have opted in.
• To improve our store, product range and advertising performance.
• To prevent fraud and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We share only what is necessary, and only with service providers who help us run the store: our ecommerce and payment platforms, our courier partners for delivery, and our email marketing provider for the messages you have subscribed to. These providers are bound to use your information solely for the service they provide to us. We never sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart contents between visits, remember your preferences, measure site performance, and understand which adverts bring visitors to the store. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout may not work correctly without them.

Order and invoice records are kept for five years as required by South African tax legislation. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support correspondence is kept for two years.

Our store runs over encrypted HTTPS connections and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order or answer your query.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, or stop using it for marketing. Every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Our store is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
